Detox water- new marketing scam?

There is new popular expression, on the look out and the organizations are making huge amount on this trend. In the market there is  full of everything detox, from detox juices, to detox supplements, from detox teas, to detox enemas, from foot patch to colon cleansing, and many more.

In the name of detox, all are scams, and have completely no evidence or scientific study in their support .

This is due to Heavy marketing by the companies, and Shortage of knowledge or simply ignorance on the consumer's side.

 Its magical health benefits claimed to be are weight loss,  liver & kidney detox,  better complexion, colon cleanse, improved digestion, increasing energy levels, boosting immunity, and balancing body’s pH, and the serious claims of cancer cure .

Detox water is made by cutting and sliceing the fruits, vegetables and some herbs, and any combination you want, and putting them in a jar full of water. Let it stay for some time, and detox water is ready.

Reasons why detox water is scam

Drinking adequate water is enough to keep your body, skin and organs in good condition. 

The kidney and liver are the main detox organs of the body and are capable of functioning and detoxifying the body every day. 

 Herbs and Liver supplements do not detox the kidney or liver, but their phytonutrients keep them functioning optimally. 

The body's pH balance  is automatically balanced by the kidneys, and even a small change can lead to serious health issues,  which includes death.
